About the Role

Caremark Ltd is seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our team in a new territory in Test Valley. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office, including recruiting and managing your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase customer base and staff numbers.
  • Design and deliver in-house training courses to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Manager and Regional Support Manager to ensure excellent care standards.

About You

  • Proven experience in care management, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care Qualification or equivalent.
