Job Summary

University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Paediatric Newly Qualified Nurse - Specialist Cleaner. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to provide service support to our busy aseptic unit and is looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake the specialist cleaning of cleanroom areas and equipment, adhering to departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Support aseptic preparation activities, including daily record keeping, receipt, transfer, and storage of medicines, consumables, and cleaning materials, delivery of products to wards, stock control, and maintenance of records.

Requirements

  • Experience using computer systems.
  • A good standard of English and Mathematics.
  • Ability to follow written procedures, motivated, ability to work accurately and efficiently, good communication skills, attention to detail, flexible approach, and good time keeping.
