Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop cost estimates based on architectural plans, engineering assessments, and resource requirements.
  • Perform feasibility analyses to assess material, time, and labor expenses.
  • Negotiate procurement contracts for materials and services.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring fiscal discipline and precise forecasting.
  • Compile and present comprehensive financial reports and evaluations.

Candidate Profile:
