About the Role

As a key member of our Audit team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality audit services to our clients. With a focus on commercial audits, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Audit Teams: You will lead onsite audit teams, overseeing all aspects of audit fieldwork and completion, and ensuring that all financial statements are prepared and reviewed to the highest standard.
  • Project Management: You will be responsible for project managing client work, coordinating with team members, and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
  • Client Relationships: You will build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Team Development: You will work closely with junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualification: You will hold a professional qualification, such as ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA, or CIPFA.
  • Commercial Experience: You will have extensive experience in commercial audits, with a strong understanding of UK GAAP and FRS102.
  • Technical Knowledge: You will have excellent knowledge of audit software and Microsoft packages, and be able to maintain and develop your technical knowledge.
