We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Funeral Administrator to join our team at Peasgood & Skeates. As a Funeral Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through the funeral arranging process and ensuring that all funeral services are delivered with the highest level of professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:- Support clients in arranging funerals, providing guidance on available options and funeral types
- Liaise with stakeholders to deliver funerals in line with client instructions
- Process funeral paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Accompany families into the Chapel of Rest, providing emotional support and guidance
- Compassionate nature with strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and work effectively in a team
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a funeral services or customer-facing role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written English skills
- Flexible approach to working hours and ability to multitask
- Good time management skills to achieve daily tasks on schedule
