Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at Brookfield M&E Ltd. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical aspects of our commercial fit-out projects in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage the work of subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Oversee the installation of LTHW, CHW, CCHW, pipe fitting, pumps, valves, FCUs, ventilation, ductwork, toilets, sinks, taps, radiators, and all associated mechanical duties
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards of workmanship
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Order materials and equipment as needed for projects
  • Deliver toolbox talks to subcontractors and site staff
  • Manage and coordinate the work of different mechanical trades
  • Attend client progression meetings to ensure project milestones are met
  • Prepare and submit daily reports to clients
  • Develop and implement method statements and risk assessments for projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mechanical supervision or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and processes
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
