CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead domestic housing projects from small individual properties to larger housing association sites.
About the Role- Lead domestic housing projects from small individual properties to larger housing association sites, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Modernize properties within the EWI market, including loft insulation, boiler replacements, and heat pump installations, to increase energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update properties to be more economical in the energy market, aligning with CBW Staffing Solutions' commitment to sustainability.
- Work closely with site teams to ensure smooth project execution, conducting site inductions and reviewing subcontractors to maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop and manage RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Plan and manage subcontractors and direct reports, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet project objectives.
- Adhere to company quality standards, ensuring that all projects meet or exceed client expectations.
- Ensure programme delivery on time and to budget, analyzing and mitigating potential risks to maintain project momentum.
- Competitive salary of £45,000 (negotiable), reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
