About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Finance Director to join our team at IN2 Consult. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including management accounts, budgets, and statutory accounts.
  • Financial Control: Establish and maintain a strong financial control environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the success of the team.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering financial results and leading high-performing teams.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong presentation skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience: Experience working in a high-volume business environment and familiarity with Sage, especially Sage X3.
