Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Environmental Stewards for a temporary to permanent role within the public sector. This position involves a commitment to maintaining and enhancing community green spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Environmental Steward, your duties will include:
  • Conducting regular site evaluations to ensure the integrity of natural areas.
  • Performing safety assessments, including basic evaluations of trees and recreational facilities.
  • Documenting incidents of vandalism and taking appropriate action.
  • Participating in community events and assisting with post-event clean-up efforts.
  • Engaging in community outreach initiatives.
  • Reporting observations related to homelessness in the area.
  • Documenting and reporting any deceased wildlife encountered.
Requirements:
Applicants must possess a full UK driving license (manual). This role requires flexibility in working hours, including the ability to work 8-hour shifts on weekends. We look forward to welcoming a proactive individual to our team.
