About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to join our team at ersg Ltd. As a Legal Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations by providing expert legal advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and negotiate client contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Advise Business Managers on commercial terms and post-execution contract management tasks.
  • Review and amend various third-party agreements, including non-disclosure/non-competition agreements and supplier agreements.
  • Attend client meetings or liaise directly with clients to support the ERSG Recruitment consultants in their efforts to win new business.
  • Manage and resolve national and international legal disputes, including contractual disputes and employment matters.
  • Act as a first escalation point for legal and contractual queries arising from the Contracts & Compliance team.
  • Oversee and support the work permit application process and coordinate with local immigration partners when necessary.
  • Manage a junior legal advisor, providing training and development opportunities and offering support and guidance where needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Legal Advisor, Contracts Advisor or similar role.
  • A strong understanding of contract law.
  • Previous management experience of more junior legal colleagues is desirable.
  • Degree level education (ideally a Law degree).
  • Competent in Microsoft Office.
