Job Opportunity

Cygnet is seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Cygnet Sedgley Lodge & House. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our rehabilitation service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce comprehensive written reports based on nursing assessments and observations
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve service quality and develop new initiatives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines
  • Administer medications in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines
Requirements
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and demonstrate integrity in your role
  • Good understanding of current nursing practices and standards
  • Commitment to patient recovery and risk management
  • Compassion, resilience, and dedication to empowering service user independence
