About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Structural Revit Technician to join our team in London. As a key member of our drafting team, you will be responsible for providing supporting functions, preparing engineering design layouts, and maintaining quality and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Structures Lead to deliver diverse projects, including international high rises and niche architectural endeavours.
  2. Work closely with drafters, designers, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Develop and maintain high-quality engineering design layouts and detail designs.
  4. Interface with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  5. Perform general design office duties, including data management and quality control.
Requirements
  1. 2+ years of structural drafting experience with BIM level 2 modelling and proficiency in Revit.
  2. Strong technical skills, including CAD and drafting capabilities.
  3. Able to grow into a team lead role and mentor junior team members.
  4. High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  6. A practical approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
Desirable Qualifications
  1. Professional qualification in a related field.
  2. Experience with ProjectWise Common Data Environment (CDE).
  3. Site project or operations experience.
