We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cardiology Research Nurse to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical services and achieving strategic and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational support to our Sexual Health service during a time of transition and change.
- Work closely with the Unity Service Manager and Business Lead to review and improve processes within the service.
- Support staff recruitment and wellbeing, and contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the portfolio of services to plan and coordinate resources to achieve service targets.
- Deliver delegated improvements within services to meet patient expectations and ensure required capacity to meet key clinical and operational performance targets.
