Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Client Relations Specialist to enhance our team at Gerrell & Hard. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in fostering relationships with clients, distributors, and dealers following the delivery of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to all post-delivery inquiries from clients, dealerships, and distributors.
- Serve as the primary contact for our global network regarding service and after-sales support.
- Coordinate the resolution of any in-field issues, collaborating with in-house technicians and the broader Client Services team.
- Assist in the development of service manuals and warranty documentation for new product introductions.
- Collaborate with Warehouse and Production teams to oversee spare parts inventory and servicing support.
- Formulate strategies to enhance the client ownership experience, boost satisfaction levels, and minimize issue resolution times.
- Identify after-sales opportunities to upsell and promote new sales through our existing client network, including managing our newly launched service initiative.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a service or after-sales role within the automotive sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging with clients, external partners, and internal stakeholders.
- A strong customer-centric mindset, committed to delivering outstanding service.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to taking action.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and/or dealer networks is advantageous but not mandatory.
