We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swimming Instructor to join our team of experienced professionals. As a Swimming Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults, promoting water safety and confidence in the water.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver swimming lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote water safety, swimming techniques, and physical fitness.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help individuals achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement new programs and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of swimming and water safety.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Excellent teaching and coaching skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs.
  • Knowledge of swimming techniques, water safety, and aquatic education principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
