Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Specialist SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join our team. As a Specialist SEMH LSA, you will work collaboratively with teaching staff to support students to access learning in a new environment, implementing bespoke programs to support individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with SEMH needs in a specialist area, such as SEMH, Autism, and complex challenging behaviour.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to implement bespoke programs to support individuals.
  • Contribute to a creative learning environment, timetable, and curriculum.
  • Participate in a wide range of training opportunities for career development.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience of working with students who have High Needs/SEND in a specialist area.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and contribute to a creative learning environment.
  • Commitment to safeguarding the welfare of children and a willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
