Job Summary

The Smartlist is seeking a highly skilled Netball Coach to lead our team to success. As a Netball Coach - Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing coaching strategies to improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement coaching plans to improve team performance
• Lead coaching sessions with the team to enhance skills and knowledge
• Support the team during matches and tournaments
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive team approach
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, making adjustments as needed

Requirements

• Hold an England Netball Level 2 coaching qualification or higher
• Have previous coaching experience, preferably in a team environment
• Hold an England Netball Grade C Umpire qualification and be working towards Grade B
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
