Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Quality Control Chemist to join our team at Kintec Global Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the daily activities of laboratory technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments.
  • Accountable for the quality control of all raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
  • Ensure sufficient inventory of laboratory chemicals and materials are available for final and in-process quality control.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements associated with chemical handling in the laboratory operation.
  • Lead and support investigations into non-conforming product batches.
  • Support the handling and disposal of non-conforming products.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely approval of products for shipment.
  • Provide technical support to the operations department to achieve quality objectives and other related requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
