Job Title: Head of Commercial and Contract Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Commercial and Contract Management to join our team at Selint Aviation - Executive Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing local and global sourcing strategies for all external spend related activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize external spend and drive business growth.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with operating companies, ensuring robust challenge while delivering business plans.
  • Identify and mitigate supplier risk to protect the organization from financial, operational, and reputational damage.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve commercial and contractual disputes.
  • Support operating companies in tier 1 projects, focusing on high strategic, high risk, and high spend initiatives.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key interfaces across the organization, including line, finance, legal, and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with Senior Leaders and Executives in a fast-paced and agile business environment.
  • Ensure fluency in English and possess strong commercial experience, including contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
