Service Engineer - Permanent – Kent

**About the Role:**

Position 1 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join a well-established, family-run manufacturing company. With over 50 years of success, this is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dedicated and thriving team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional service and maintenance to customers' machinery at their premises
* Install and commission equipment to ensure seamless operation
* Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with confidence
* Identify and report issues to the relevant personnel
* Build and service machinery to the highest standards
* Participate in the emergency call-out rota (1 in 5 weekends)

**Requirements:**

* Recognised engineering qualification (Mechanical and/or Electrical)

**What We Offer:**

* Permanent, full-time role with 37 hours per week
* Overtime available at 1.5x pay after 37 hours and 2x pay on Sundays
* 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
* Participation in staff events
* Company van and fuel provided for business mileage
* Daily expenses allowance
* Competitive salary
