Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Borders Emergency Care Service, based at the Borders General Hospital. The successful candidate will be involved in delivering unscheduled care to patients in their homes or at the BECS hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in their homes or at the BECS hub.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in Exposure Prone procedures as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Significant post-registration experience in an acute environment and/or community setting.
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including night shifts and weekends.
- Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development.
