As a Residential Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, negotiating with tenants and landlords, and closing leasing deals.

With our industry-leading training and support, you will have the chance to grow into a Senior Residential Leasing Consultant position, specializing in a specific community and building your personal brand. You will also have the opportunity to develop into a Residential Sales Consultant, negotiating with buyers and sellers, and closing property sales deals.

We offer a competitive package, including uncapped earning potential, up to 65% commission payable, and a working visa for the UAE, including medical and life insurance. Our state-of-the-art offices are based in key communities around Dubai, and we provide career opportunities at the management level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Negotiate with tenants and landlords
  • Closing leasing deals
  • Grow into a Senior Residential Leasing Consultant position
  • Develop into a Residential Sales Consultant
  • Negotiate with buyers and sellers
  • Closing property sales deals

Requirements:

  • Determination to succeed
  • Ambitious and self-motivated
  • Positive and with a strong work ethic
  • Team player
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in sales and/or customer service experience
  • Valid driving license
