We're seeking a talented Deputy General Manager to join our team at Hickory's Smokehouse, where you'll have the opportunity to inspire and motivate a team of 100+ to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
