Job Summary

This is a key position within City Facilities Management, responsible for carrying out planned refrigeration case maintenance programs across multiple site locations. The successful candidate will be expected to work efficiently and effectively, adhering to the company's Health and Safety policy at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company in a professional and competent manner at all times.
  • Ensure case maintenance schedules are completed within agreed timescales.
  • Be aware of regulations and codes of practice applicable to the tasks.
Specific Tasks
  • Demerchandising and remerchandising of refrigeration units.
  • Utilization of chemicals.
  • Carry out all tasks assigned within the allotted time period to the satisfaction of the company and client.
  • Work with company and customer colleagues to ensure that laid-down standards of quality are maintained at all times.
  • Comply with any other reasonable request or instruction from the company.
  • Support the achievement of company KPIs.
  • Ensure all systems are working to optimum energy efficiency.
  • Support other engineering disciplines to provide flexibility to service delivery.
  • Comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act and the company's Health and Safety Policy at all times.
  • Attend training courses as and where necessary.
Requirements
  • Retail experience (desirable).
  • Cleaning or maintenance industry experience (desirable).
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Speed, efficiency, and quality of work.
  • Helpful and friendly manner.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Planning and organizing skills.
