About the Role

A dynamic and ever-growing organisation is seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join their successful B2C Sales Team as Customer Sales Advisors.

Based in the heart of Newcastle, you will be working in state-of-the-art modern offices, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a business that invests in its employees and provides progression and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Following up warm leads over the telephone to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services to meet customer needs and exceed targets
  • Delivering exceptional service levels at all times to build strong customer relationships
  • Achieving set targets and KPIs to contribute to the team's success
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure common goals are achieved and the team operates efficiently
Requirements
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for learning and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £23,796 (basic) with a realistic OTE of £29,000 (commission is uncapped)

Hybrid working available once probation has been successfully passed
