Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Estée Lauder. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a personalized shopping experience, and showcasing our market-leading products across makeup, skincare, and fragrance.

About the Role:

You will be working as part of a high-performing team to create an impact with in-store events, ensure the store achieves high standards of visual merchandising, and provide a unique and inspirational in-store experience for each customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a personalized shopping experience
  • Showcase our market-leading products across makeup, skincare, and fragrance
  • Work as part of a high-performing team to create an impact with in-store events
  • Ensure the store achieves high standards of visual merchandising
  • Provide a unique and inspirational in-store experience for each customer

  • Able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
  • An approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, get to know them and understand their needs to best cater to them
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • While is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
