Main Responsibilities:

Person Specification:
  • Diploma or equivalent level of knowledge
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, and database packages
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to make informed decisions and escalate issues when necessary
  • Ability to translate complex information into simple, clear language
