About the Role

This position is integral to the Planning & Analysis (P&A) Finance team, reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager within the Centre of Excellence (CoE). The CoE is dedicated to providing exceptional service that empowers Finance Business Partners (FBPs) to deliver high-quality, timely, and precise outputs for the organization.

We seek an individual who can foster a collaborative environment within the Planning & Analysis team, emphasizing a customer-focused philosophy. The successful candidate will ensure that essential finance processes, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting are executed with accuracy and efficiency. Collaboration with teams such as FBPs, Business Management, and Reporting & Control will be key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct month-end reporting, planning, and analysis across platform finances, providing insightful commentary and analysis.
  • Engage with Business Partners and Control teams during month-end processes, reviewing accounting outputs and delivering management information.
  • Support Business Partners in critical meetings, representing Finance with relevant analysis and insights to drive operational success.
  • Actively participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing team processes and contributing to the broader Finance Transformation program.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, embodying the Group's values and behaviors.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Experience in Cost Planning & Analysis within a financial context
  • Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management abilities
  • Adaptability and experience in dynamic environments

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in building dashboards using PowerBi
  • Experience managing project expenditures, including capital assessments
  • Familiarity with finance systems user acceptance testing (UAT)
