The successful applicant will be based at Worcester and may be required to work at other locations from time to time.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students in a healthcare setting.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans and assessments to meet the needs of students.
- Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic and professional goals.
- Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment materials.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the department.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in healthcare and education.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
The post carries 25 annual leave days, plus eight public bank holidays plus a further five concessionary days as 'leave to be taken at the Principal's discretion'. After 2 years continuous service, your annual leave entitlement will increase to 30 days per annum.
Training and DevelopmentAll successful applicants will be required to undertake all mandatory training and update sessions, including safeguarding training, equality and diversity training, and health and safety training.
Disclosure and Barring ServiceAll successful applicants will be required to complete and pay for a Disclosure & Barring Service check. The costs of this check will be deducted from the applicant's first salary payment from the College.
