Your Role
We are excited to announce openings within the Property Maintenance Gas division. If you are a skilled Gas Engineer seeking a diverse and fulfilling position, we invite you to consider this opportunity. Your primary responsibilities will include the servicing and upkeep of gas appliances across our portfolio of 10,500 residential rental properties.
Work Schedule
This position entails a commitment of 37 hours per week, with the expectation of flexibility to accommodate core business hours. We are open to discussing your availability during the interview process.
Compensation and Benefits
In addition to a competitive salary, there are opportunities for increased earnings through overtime. The compensation structure includes:
- Overtime rates at x1.1/3 from Monday to Sunday and x2 on public holidays.
- Unsocial hours allowance of up to 30% for work conducted after 10 PM and before 6 AM.
- Standby pay of £2.09 per hour, with a maximum of £50.16 per day.
- Weekend standby frequency capped at one in three.

Employees are entitled to 26 days of annual leave from the outset, increasing to 30 days after five years and 32 days after ten years of service.
