Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Credit Risk Analyst to join our Funds & Asset Management group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing quantitative and qualitative factors influencing the credit quality of funds and structured transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze portfolio performance and credit risk exposure
  • Review legal documentation for transactions, including indentures and prospectuses
  • Develop financial models and databases to support credit rating decisions
  • Participate in on-site due diligence review meetings with fund managers
  • Present rating recommendations to committees
  • Contribute to research on relevant trends affecting the sectors we cover
  • Interact with investors, bankers, fund managers, and other market participants

Requirements

  • Experience in finance, with exposure to funds, structured finance transactions, or debt underwriting or lending
  • Sound academic track record to at least first university degree level, preferably in finance, economics, statistics, accounting, or computer science
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

About You

  • Some experience in finance, with exposure to funds, structured finance transactions, or debt underwriting or lending a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
