About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Requirements Manager to join our team at Coalesce Management Consulting. As a Requirements Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our latest project, a large work package based in the North West of England.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with technical authorities and the end customer to gather requirements for complex and extensive end products.
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure that requirements are met and that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain requirements documentation, including requirements specifications and test plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements.
  • Ensure that all requirements are properly documented and communicated to the project team.

Requirements

  • Requirements management experience.
  • Requirements review experience.
  • Defence & Aerospace experience.
  • DOORS Fluency.
  • Current or eligibility for Security Clearance.
