Job Title: Mobile Solution B2B Key Account Manager

Are you a sales professional looking for a challenging role in the mobile solutions industry? Do you have experience in developing and maintaining relationships with large accounts in the UK? We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Solution B2B Key Account Manager to join our team at Samsung SDS Europe.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling mobile solutions and services to large accounts in the UK, including government and corporate clients. You will work closely with our pre-sales team to provide technical expertise and support to customers, and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with large accounts in the UK, including government and corporate clients
  • Sell mobile solutions and services to these clients, including SDS EMM, Knox platform, mobile security, and MX products
  • Work closely with our pre-sales team to provide technical expertise and support to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage directly commercial negotiations and contracts, ensuring correct delivery of SDS Solution, MX projects, products and customer service
  • Liaise with Pre-Sales department to provide customers with technical expertise about features, demos, maintenance, and customization of product and/or solutions
  • Manage sales forecasting and inventory management including stock planning and rotation
  • Constantly monitor sales volumes, revenues and costs against forecasts
  • Provide strategic account management for partnerships (existing and new), balancing SDS Europe's interests with partners' business needs
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years experience in B2B sales with mobile solution (MDM, Knox, Mobile security, etc) and products (Smartphones, Tablet, PC Notebook) and services sales improvement by supporting and developing relationship with Large Accounts in UK
  • Preferred B2B mobile solution sales experience in Central Government, Manufacturing, Large Enterprise and Healthcare industries
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Excellent MS Office tools
  • Preferred experience in complex sales and technical expertise/innovation (5G, mobile app security, and AI integration)
