Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective case plans to address the needs of vulnerable children and families.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on complex social work issues.
- Conduct thorough assessments and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and community partners.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Relevant degree in Social Work or equivalent, with registration with the HCPC.
- Significant post-qualification experience in a statutory social work role (minimum of 4 years).
- Experience in practice development, providing supervision/coaching/mentoring.
- Ability to work with children, young people, and families in a multi-agency context.
- Ability to analyse information and plan interventions with minimum support.
