We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Systems Analyst, Finance to join our dynamic SAP team at Wolfspeed. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary group, you will be responsible for designing and configuring SAP solutions to optimize business processes and drive innovation in the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SAP FICO solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and propose solutions that meet business needs.
  • Lead user acceptance tests to ensure quality and accuracy of SAP solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure effective communication between business functions and technical teams.
  • Act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on SAP best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in SAP FICO and associated modules.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and integration with SD, MM, WM, PP functions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with interfaces and Ariba.
  • Prior semiconductor industry experience.
