About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our dynamic team at Spencer Clarke Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Finance, Operations, and Sales Teams on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare month-end management accounts to strict deadlines
  • Develop and improve manufacturing accounting reporting, processes, and procedures
  • Liaise with Production on product costings and stock takes
  • Balance sheet reconciliations, including Inter Company Balances, on a monthly basis
  • Cash Flow management and forecasting
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Management Accountant who has:

  • Ideal qualifications (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or relevant experience within a similar role in manufacturing
  • Strong Excel skills and experience of working with ERP software is preferable
  • Experience with product costing and understanding of the manufacturing process is desirable, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills and will be partnering with stakeholders across the business
