Nestled in a picturesque village, The Black Bull is a traditional country pub where friends and family gather to enjoy delicious food, refreshing drinks, and warm hospitality.

Our Team

We are seeking a friendly and approachable Front of House Assistant to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming customers and providing exceptional service
  • Taking orders and serving food and drinks
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through table checks and addressing any queries
  • Upselling products and promoting our menu offerings
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Assisting with stock management and till operations

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • An outgoing personality and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
  • Honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness
  • Good presentation and manners
