About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Butlin's. As a Commis Chef, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment, providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Our kitchen team is passionate about delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service. We offer a wide range of eateries, including our onsite pub, an American Diner, and a Papa John's pizzeria, with menus designed to excite our guests.

We believe that variety is the spice of life, and in this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and perfect your skills in a selection of kitchens with a variety of cooking styles.

You will work alongside other talented chefs and industry experts, with access to a wide range of ingredients and varied menus. We offer a guaranteed 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7, and the potential to work paid overtime.

Our Commis Chef position requires a passion for delighting our guests and a fantastic 'get stuck in' attitude. We are looking for candidates who are energetic and enthusiastic, high-spirited and fun-loving, and who will understand their role and the value they can add to the guest and the team experience.
