Sales Order Processor Job Description

Kandhu Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Order Processor to join our team. As a Sales Order Processor, you will be responsible for managing sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, and providing excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact between customers and the sales and production team.
  • Process sales orders, create delivery notes, labels, and memos as required.
  • Raise sales invoices for customers based on confirmed proof of delivery.
  • Process and send sales invoices through EDI, post, and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Amend orders as necessary and advise customers accordingly.
  • Assist customers with order confirmation, expected delivery dates, prices, and stock levels.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent Excel, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation, tenacity, and persistence.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with internal departments.
