Join Our Team as a Senior Intensive Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Intensive Care Nurse to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment. As a Senior Intensive Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Intensive Care Nurse to work in a leading healthcare provider in London. You will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a deputy to the sister/charge nurse
  • Cover a range of specialities including Cardiac, Liver, Neuro & Spinal
  • Provide high-quality care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2
  • Support and mentor junior staff
  • Ensure continuity of care and effective communication with the multidisciplinary team
