Job Title: Composite Boatbuilder

HSB Technical Ltd is a specialist recruiter within the Power & Propulsion, Shipbuilding, Shipping & Energy and Aerospace sectors. We are seeking a skilled Composite Boatbuilder to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing and repairing hulls, decks, bulkheads, and other parts of our boats. This will involve sourcing materials, fabricating parts, and constructing the boats using GRP/Fibreglass structure fitting and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Constructing and repairing hulls, decks, bulkheads, and other parts of our boats
  • GRP/Fibreglass structure fitting and maintenance
  • Robust Boatbuilding construction knowledge
  • Skilled use of hand and power tools
  • Reading and understanding technical drawings
Requirements:
  • Experience working on Luxury Yachts within the composite field
  • Experience reading from Technical Drawings
  • Experience with GRP and Fibre glass
