About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and driven individual to support the running of our shop. As a Retail Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maximizing profits and generating stock to help us raise valuable funds for Children's Hospice South West.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving customers and providing excellent customer service
  • Sorting and displaying stock, handling cash, and following health and safety procedures
  • Volunteer management, including planning, prioritizing, and delegating their workload
  • Supporting the Shop Manager in creating a positive working culture and a happy working environment
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with experience in retail or customer service, who can work as part of a team, alone using their own initiative. If you enjoy being on the shop floor, have an interest in fashion, and driving sales through great customer service, while knowing that your work helps to raise a smile every day, we would love to hear from you.
