About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team at Rubber Duck Cars' Accident and Repair Centre in Nuneaton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing commercial vehicles and calculating costings and repair times accurately and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess commercial vehicles using Audatex and calculate costings and repair times.
  • Liaise with insurance engineers, write job cards, and communicate with the workshop and customers.
  • Work to high standards, ensuring vehicles are ready for agreed timescales and meeting BSI PAS 10125 standards.
About You:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced VDA / Estimator who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to plan your workload, work safely under pressure, and carry out work to manufacturer specifications. As a team player, you will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be flexible in your approach. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.
