We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Flexible Resource Team Lead. As a key member of our Service Centre team, you will be responsible for leading operational teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead operational teams in a Service Centre environment, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective change management.
  • Manage medium to high volume, low complexity work, including seasonal spikes in activity, and lead teams through frequent changes to workstreams.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across DWP to drive service delivery and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with diverse groups of people and organisations, prioritising the needs of the business and negotiating best outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Interpret complex management information, drawing conclusions and presenting recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of leading teams through change and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and inform business decisions.
  • Experience of working in a Service Centre environment, with a strong understanding of service delivery and change management principles.
