We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team at CV Technical Ltd. As a key member of our global service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and after-sales support to our clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventive maintenance schedules on customer sites in the UK and worldwide.
  • Attend service and breakdown visits across the UK and occasionally across the rest of the world.
  • Identify and supply replacement parts to customers in a timely manner.
  • Rectify electrical and Siemens software issues.
  • Complete service sheets electronically on an iPad and submit to the Spares & Service coordinator in a timely manner.
  • Visit key customers regularly to maintain customer satisfaction on days without a pre-booked visit.
  • Deliver an extremely high standard of customer support.
  • Prioritize the technical concerns and issues of customers from multiple locations.

Requirements:

  • A positive and outgoing attitude, even in challenging situations.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and be away from home regularly.
  • Field Service Experience is advantageous.
  • Professional and well-presented.
  • Ability to work additional hours to complete projects.
