About the Role

Delivering Excellence in Asset Replacement

M Group Services is seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our MEICA Construction Team, responsible for the replacement and refurbishment of Non-Infrastructure Assets.

As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be part of a team that works on the IOS Anglian Water Alliance, supporting operations and completing remedial works in the Essex, Suffolk, and Cambridge areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install access platforms and capture assets, ensuring correct installation and documentation.
  • Resolve issues on site during construction, including materials and plant-related problems.
  • Work in confined spaces, without restriction, and in all weather conditions.
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager and Project Engineer to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 / C&G / BTEC in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Training in working in confined spaces.
  • Full UK Driving license, essential for this role.
  • First Aid Training, preferred.
