We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Home Care Direct. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including those with autism and limited mobility.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, cleaning, and tidying.
  • Support clients with their mobility needs, including loading and unloading their scooter.
  • Ensure clients' living spaces are safe and well-maintained, including sanitizing areas as required.
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide support and supervision as needed.
Requirements

  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
