About DataX Connect

DataX Connect is a prominent MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Contractor recognized for its excellence in the data center industry. With a series of recent project acquisitions, we are looking for proficient MEP Project Managers to oversee the mechanical and electrical services for a significant new data center initiative.

Role Responsibilities

We are in search of Lead Project Managers who possess a solid background in executing data center development projects. In this pivotal position, you will be accountable for managing all construction elements on behalf of a leading data center operator. Your key responsibilities will include directing subcontractors and ensuring that the project aligns with the client's specifications. Furthermore, you will leverage your extensive experience in data center projects to offer the client strategic advice for optimal project execution.

Key Duties

  • Oversee and manage all facets of data center construction.
  • Direct subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Provide clients with strategic insights to guarantee effective project execution.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Candidate Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who fulfill the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated success in managing data center development projects.
  • Extensive experience in new data center construction.
  • In-depth knowledge of both MEP and CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural).
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire successful project teams.
  • Experience collaborating with demanding owner-operator clients.
  • Educational qualifications in electrical/mechanical engineering or construction management.
