Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Behaviour Support

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support due to SEMH and behavioural difficulties.

About the Role:

  • Support pupils with SEMH and behavioural difficulties on a 1:1 or small group basis
  • Work with a range of pupils, including those with SEND and SEMH
  • Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to support pupils
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective support for pupils

Requirements:

  • Experience working with pupils with SEMH and behavioural difficulties
  • Team-Teach training or willingness to complete a behaviour management course
  • Ability to work effectively with pupils, teachers, and other support staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
