We are seeking a passionate and inspirational leader to oversee the team at our 34-bed residential care home in a supportive and family-oriented environment. Our home is built on the belief that living with us is about feeling valued, engaged, and loved.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, effective communication, and interpersonal skills to foster a nurturing approach and build strong relationships with residents and staff.

This is an excellent opportunity for a deputy manager looking to progress or an experienced manager seeking to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in management within a health and social care setting and a good understanding of regulatory compliance.

As a Registered Manager, you will be required to pass a fit persons interview with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We offer a competitive salary, a range of benefits, including a refer-a-friend scheme, long service awards, and a BUPA cash back scheme.
